The NYC Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) Hamilton Avenue Asphalt Plant, located in the Gowanus/Red Hook area of Brooklyn, covers all of Brooklyn for city resurfacing and pothole repair operations. Also, that this plant opens all day and is mainly busy on weekdays when trucks come in and out with asphalt.
