We contracted with NYS to resurface our community basketball court. From our initial contact through the site visit, estimate and ultimately the work, they conducted themselves professionally. Their crew did an amazing job resurfacing and re-striping our court. The finished court looks great and the community appreciates it.

Our driveway seal coating went beautifully. The planning and execution were great. Recommend this crew to anyone looking to make their asphalt look like new again. Pics are while still wet and shiny. Dried to a matte finish.

From start to finish, the crew was professional, efficient, and courteous. The work was done on schedule, with great attention to detail and quality. The new driveway looks fantastic—smooth, clean, and well-graded. I’m very happy with the results and appreciate the effort they put into making everything look just right. After our driveway was repaved (March 22) I found asphalt ash all over the house wall, grass, porch, and our two cars parked on the grass away from the driveway. Per a co rep, the crew was supposed to clean these areas but didn’t. Parts of the side edges were wobbly or roughly done, there were several large dips causing puddles of standing water after the first rain. A co rep came twice and told me these issues would be taken care of, esp redoing the puddle areas to provide run-off. The owner then came, ran water on the driveway with our hose before I was with him and declared there were no puddles. He said the rough middle section of one edge was because the hedge was in the way, even though the rest of that edge was fine. Then he said maybe the crew ran out of asphalt. (?!) In June, the owner had the crew overfill the large dips causing the water to stand around the fixes instead of providing a run-off, and he had them create a new large dip in an area that didn't have a problem. In July, unannounced, a crew came to apply the sealcoat. They used a squeegee along the edges and sprayed the middle. There’s an obvious line between the two methods and a definite difference between the coverage. At 6 months we now have several new dips with cracks starting. The owner had told me he used the best materials, industry standard, and that the job will last 30 years. After the sealcoating, I sent an email to NYS about some concerns with no response. After waiting several more weeks for a response which never came, I submitted a complaint to the BBB. Two days later I found out NYS had redeposited a check I gave them in March, which had cleared! EXTREMELY INTERESTING!! Response to reply from NYS (which they deleted): After the sealcoat, I sent an email to the company. I didn’t hear back after a week, so I sent a reminder email stating I was “looking forward to discussing my concerns” with them. After 2 more weeks of no response, I sent a check for the proposal amount instead o

Nys Enterprises is definitely 5 star! Very responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. (Thank you Danyelle and Gary! Also Nick, who kept me apprised with emails.) Both our apartment building parking lots were seal coated and striped and they look AMAZING. What a huge improvement. The guys on the job are hard workers and got the job done on time.
