O'Hern Concrete & Asphalt

Made huge mistake with O'hern. Gabe didn't follow detailed instructions/ contract. Cheated everywhere grade, fill, reinforcing, depth, sq footage, finish, clean up.... Concrete cracked everywhere. Then wanted me to pay in full, and promised he would come back and fix. When I wouldn't fall for that, he tried to sue me. I won that, but was forced to choose between hiring an attorney to get removal paid for, or just paying for a contractor to do it. Either way would cost alot! Gabe good at making promises, horrible at concrete, asphalt, and follow through! Beware, poor craftmanship, can not be trusted!!

Gabe and his crew have been wonderful to work with. Our parking lot has been cut out in the trouble spots and everything has been communicated and completed as promised. A very positive experience with them.
