Wondering why the driver of truck #15on the 91 freeway at is able to drive without the cover on his truck? — once our windshield broke and we sped up to catch up , way more than 200ft away… we saw disclaimer that they are “Not Responsible for Broken Windshields” stay back 200 ft. Aren’t you responsible for covering the truck? Clearly, rocks bounce farther than 200 feet, especially when the guy was driving well above the speed limit. Tried to call the office … no one answers extensions , others immediately disconnect … This could easily have caused an accident. Have plenty of photos if anyone from the company is interested in the safety of the community. Would hope that you have some policy that drivers cover the backs of their truck.

Text to the owner of company. September 17 2018 Me: Hello fernando Hernandez. I have called your office twice left you a message and have not heard from you in regards to the incident that happened about a week and a half ago on the freeway, 60 freeway your truck pavement that was hauling the machinery was spitting out a whole bunch of rocks that damage my Cadillac Escalade. My window is cracked also that has a spiderweb running down on it. Fernando: Did you stop the driver and told him what happened? If not how do I know you took pictures of truck and make claim. Me: We try to stop your driver but your driver was going over 60 miles an hour on the freeway which was a bit dangerous I had me my wife my mother-in-law and my daughter inside the car. I’m a businessman and will not claim fraud Or like something like that ever. We waved at the driver to let him know but he did not even notice sauce or even try to make eye contact. Fernando: The truck can’t go over 65 because it has a governor to 55 Me: I never said 65 I said 60 Fernando: I am sorry even 60 Me: OK then again it might’ve been the 55 I’m not sure but the speed limit was 65 miles an hour, But the fact of the matter is that nobody called us in least try to let us know what’s going on tells me that this is not the first time this is happened. Fernando: All freeway speed limits are 65 in California Me: Look I’m not going to debate with you the bottom line is the truck spit a whole bunch of rocks at my car Fernando: Look at the truck is not a dump truck is a water truck Sr Me: We know what we saw and I have two witnesses that saw rocks come off the back of the truck and hit my car if you don’t want to resolve this matter with me I will take it to the next step.
