These guys did a great job resurrecting our parking lot. We had let it go way too long and this job cost us more than it would have if we had gotten the work done sooner. In spite of that, Vincent still gave us a fair price and the work was completed quickly. If only I had thought ahead and gotten good before photos of the damage and deterioration of our lot. I found only one from around 2 years ago and then tried to match it with an similar view of the after repair.

On Q came highly recommended. I captured three bids for the proposed work and not only was On Q the least expensive but also provided references and photos of previous jobs along with context info for those folks to verify if needed. Work was done in a timely manner and they worked around our business operation schedule.

vincent filled cracks and seal-coated our driveway, which was in much need of help. he was very attentive to detail and did an excellent job, especially considering the poor state of our driveway. we will be contacting him in the future for upkeep, crack filling, etc.

I found Q Asphalt Maintenance while perusing Facebook, so I immediately sent them a message requesting a quote. I received a message back within a few hours, which I considered quite adequate for the type and quality of service they provide. The owner himself came to my house, we discussed what I wanted done, he measured everything out, and was finished within a half hour. He emailed me a copy of the quote, and as a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, which he noted by the shirt that I was wearing, he also included a Military Discount. Most companies will not mention that unless you ask them. We agreed on a date and time for the agreed upon work to be done. Unfortunately that day was cold and drizzling, so he called me well in advance and explained why he didn’t want to do the work that day. We scheduled another appointment, and when that day came he called me and asked if he could come earlier than planned. Upon arrival he immediately began to sweep the area in preparation to make the appropriate repairs. I went back inside my house so that he could work without any distractions. I went back out as I noticed that he was nearing the completion of his work, and was securing his equipment. He offered to come back if we noticed any issues. Other than a message from him on Facebook, asking how it was holding up, I haven’t needed to call him. As for my personal opinion, I would “Highly and emphatically recommend Q Asphalt Maintenance LLC. No matter how big or small you may need done.
