One Stop Pavers

Great work. They do as promised, show up when they say they will show up, did a great job at a fair price, and left everything clean. Highly recommend.

I hired One Stop Pavers to tear out my concrete driveway and replace with a circular driveway. I had 5 local companies come out and provide an estimate. One Stop was the most knowledgeable, and thorough with regards to the work, City, permits, what's allowed and what's not allowed, inspections, and potential issues or additional costs. I had tons of information ALL UP FRONT - so that I could make informed decisions and avoid surprises later. I was also offered upgrades, additional solutions, etc. with zero pressure to buy into it, but more of a conversation vs. upselling, just so I knew what additional options or choices were available. They know their business, and their employees are courteous, efficient and treat your space with care. It can be an uneasy feeling having heavy equipment a couple of feet from your house wall tearing up your yard. I was made aware of every step of the process and was able to get in touch via phone, text, etc. with zero problems if I needed anything. If I could not get them on the phone right away, my calls or texts were promptly returned. One Stop handled the permit process and even helped me with all of the Homeowner's Association approval process. Eloy made several stops during the different phases to check in. Once my job had been completed, he pointed out something in the driveway he would have liked done slightly different. He sent the crew out to remove and re-do a portion of it, and this change gave my car a much better turn on the driveway. This gesture was the final confirmation that I hired the right company to handle my job. They could have left it as is, and I would probably not have really noticed. But they did, and that tells me that they not only care about doing the job, but doing the job right. Thanks One Stop!

I really wanted to come on here and write a great review. Eloy is a very good person, but unfortunately, It feels like the company is overextended. After doing a really good job on my driveway about a year ago I was told that they were going to come by after a few months and then again after a year to clean and seal and put a product on the pavers to protect them.But after repeated attempts to contact them and get the services done they never returned my phone calls or my text messages and when I called another company to check out the pavers, they told me they most likely never put a protection on them because of the way that they are damaged at this point. We were told that there was a protective placed on it initially and we’re charged for it, but I never saw that happen and so I know I was charged for that and it was never done. Also, there’s a section of the driveway where the pavers are completely uneven and they’re really a tripping hazard. You lied told me initially he was gonna come back and they were gonna fix that cause it was not well done and of course a year later and that never happened. Also, they never put anything in between the pavers so they’re just sitting there and empty space and it looks ridiculous against the wall, especially. See the picture attached. I wish Eloy the best like I said he seemed like a very good person, but a suggestion would be that when you have customers that you’re taking care of for a service make sure that they are completely satisfied and that you take care of their needs before moving onto the next set of clients. Also, it might be a good idea, not to overextend yourself if you can’t provide quality service, slow down and take a few less customers. I don’t think I was unreasonable and I wasn’t aggressive in reaching out to him. I only messaged him periodically from time to time, and even then I got no responses until the last response he wrote only after I told him I was going to have to find someone else to do the

Absolutely outstanding work. The owner is extremely responsive and on top of the project from start to finish. I could not recommend this company more. I am extremely impressed by the work that was done on our property as you can see from the pictures. it’s absolutely stunning!
