I have never in 40 years of working with outdoor labor intensive companies been as impressed as I am with Onyx!!!! Normally, you can always find one or two people that seem to be wandering, on their phone or smoking a cigarette in the corner. NOT THIS GROUP!!! As professional and responsible as they come. I’m the president of a COA in Naples with 184 doors. I’ve had ZERO complaints and dozens of compliments on the job ONYX is doing in milling and paving our 105,000 s/f parking and streets. I hear things like “Clean, Polite, Professional, Organized and Amazing” from more members than show up for annual meetings. That in itself says ALOT!!! I highly recommend Bob and ONYX for any paving or seal coat job. We will!!!

I followed their recommendations, and they graded my driveway. My husband and I kept the tape up and we did not drive on the driveway for 7 days. We even installed a delivery box at the bottom of the driveway and a gate to help ensure we do not have trucks on the driveway. From the day after they finished, I had questions and concerned that were ignored so I thought maybe I was over worrying. It has been 3 months, and my driveway is still puddling water and crumbling. They do not return any messages and while trying to explain to the office politely the call disconnected and when I called back no one answered. Photos are from day one to today March to June.

Onyx finished seal coating and striping 480,000 SF in an RV Resort. The week it was done, ended up being the hottest week of the month. This resulted in the seal coating not drying adequately, and tire marks from RV's marking several areas of the roads and driveways. Josh and his team were insistent on making things right, stayed in communication, and made several trips back to repair what was needed. The roads looks beautiful and professionally done. They completed the contract according to the approved specifications in the proposal.
