Optimum Masonry & Paving

This business may be a scam, be warned. I called them for a bid, and they immediately wanted a service fee to bid the work. Some businesses have that model, but this business does not have a website, and their immediate follow-up before getting anything scheduled was to sign up for a monthly subscription (to allegedly avoid having to pay service/bid fees in the future). I would be happy to look at correcting this review in the future, but right now would say be very cautious in using this 'company' as it seems to be a scam operation.
