Overland Park Street Maintenance

Found Jim on Thumbtack with several other companies. Jim was the first to respond in person and gave us a competitive bid. He completed our sealcoat a week later and did a terrific job. Smart Price wasn't the first company we've used in our nine years here...but he will absolutely be the last!

Jim does a GREAT JOB. He is very thorough and prices are reasonable. Communication is excellent and easy to work with!

Jim was polite, professional, and respectful of my time and property. He was punctual in giving an estimate and arrived to do the work on the day and time agreed. The quality of work was exceptional and the price reasonable. I plan to use Smart Seal for all of our future needs regarding our asphalt drive. This was an excellent experience.

Jim gave our HOA a great bid for our cul-de-sac. He filled the deep cracks first then seal coated over the surface. He did an outstanding job. If you need your asphalt sealed, don’t look any further than Smart Price. He was the only company that followed up and gave us a bid the same day he was contracted. Great price too!

Jim was great, fast, and you can tell us a pro. Sealed my driveway same day. Great pricing too.
