Oxnard Paving

Our side yard path was uneven and tricky to navigate. The paving specialists fixed it beautifully, creating a clean, smooth walkway. They were detail-oriented, friendly, and completed the work ahead of schedule. It now feels like a seamless extension of our garden.

I spoke with James and he hung up on me the first time I called as I was introducing myself. The second time I called, I asked if they performed commercial work, they said no. I looked on their website and found that they say they do commercial work so I called back and confronted him. He said, we're not doing it at this time. The customer service is absolutely terrible, it's like they are trying to repel business. I asked for a manager and he said no one was available but said Michelle oversees him. Hopefully she reads this comment because there was no effort on his end for any type of basic customer service. I work for a GC and we will not be contacting this company anymore.
