We bought a house that needed a new septic. Our mortgage company sent us the quote the previous owners had gotten from pags. The communication was EXTREMELY poor. They would just show up, not return calls, gave us a 24 hour notice that they were coming to do the work. Ok, fine. After the work was completed, we assumed they would at least remove the dirt, fix our yard, etc. something. WRONG. They drove DIAGONAL across my whole front yard destroying it. Not to mention my backyard where the work was complete. If it was just that, we could have dealt with it. However, there are MOUNDS of HIGH dirt everywhere in my backyard. Just thrown to the side so they didn't have to remove it. Do NOT use this company. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

Pags Excavating has done multiple jobs for me. I have always been satisfied with their work and prices. They are very pleasant to work with as well and always keep in touch prior to completing the job! I highly recommend this business!

Pagnucco's repaired 1st settling even though it was not on the contract at no cost. We have repaired the last 2 settlings after the rains. Everything works, we're thankful for that. Alls well. Munholand

I rent from a elder widow. Marty came here, made all the plans with my elder landowner. Gave her the all the words she needed to hear about installing a new septic. Changing the layout and getting it to the back side yard. They agreed on what she wanted and he included he owns a bull dozer that he sets manually and it does all the work for a smooth ground after the install. Well, he placed his flag the female employee he said would come to approve the layout NEVER SHOWED… finally he came in like a pro and then his results was disappointing! He had another job booked behind my landowners install. HE DID A FAST INSTALL WITH HIS BUCKETS ONLY. TORE THE YARD UP WITH TRACKS AND BUCKET MARKS, DIDNT PUT IT WHERE MY LANDOWNER AND HIM AGREED. IT IS NOT FLUSH WITH THE GROUND AND IT NEVER HAD GRAVEL PLACED AROUND OR IN THE MAIN SYSTEM AREA DURING THE INSTALL. OF CONCRETE TANKS ( he had his gravel truck here for SHOW ONLY). THEN HE LEFT AFTER 2 1/2 hours , CAME BACK FINISHED FILLING IN WHERE HE DUG FOR NEW SEPTIC AND ATE HIS LUNCH, LEFT HIS TRASH IN THE YARD TO BLOW AROUND FILLED HOLES AND LEFT!! Never filled in his tractor tracks or completed the install properly. Since he’s left, 5 weeks ago after his expedited install that was not what he spoke with my landowner about. WE HAVE SINK HOLES APPEARING EVERYWHERE AROUND HIS INSTALL ITS FALLING IN. WHERE THE OLD TANKS WERE IN SINKING. (Been filled in twice and new holes appear) He never came back. Sent his patsies in to correct the sink holes. They told me this is normal settling and they expect this happening after his installs. WELL ITS A TOTAL MESS AND NIGHTMARE DAILY. ITS STRESSFUL, an EYESORE. AND NOW HE WANTS TO CHARGE MY LANDOWNER TO BRING MORE FILL DIRT AND FIX HIS HALF DONE JOB THAT HE WAS MORE THAN PAID TO INSTALL CORRECTLY AND WITH NO PROBLEMS AFTERWARDS. Marty told my elder landowner we’d never know he was here. Well he obviously made his big toy mess and didn’t stand behind h
