Paragon Concrete

Tom and Kolin did an amazing job!! They showed up and got straight to it. I was very happy with how it turned out and excited to finally have a sidewalk. Price and professionalism from paragon concrete can’t be beat would highly recommend to others.

I hired this company to pour a slab ( was supposed to be 20'x30' but ended up not being square and 2 inches short on one side), correct a drainage issue and repair a sidewalk. I was recommended to Paragon through ANS steele building so I assumed this was a trustworthy company. Obviously, I was wrong. From day one of getting the estimate the owner Tom had excuses on why he wasn't on time much less show up the day he claimed he would. Multiple times I would call or message days after he was scheduled to work to ask when he would be here. Every time he would show up there would be a reason why he needed more money. Once I refused to hand over more money the final time he disappeared. I had to repair a trench drain myself, as it was just fulling with water, and now have a partiality completed project. I have not gotten a response for 4 days and am debating on whether I should report this to the Ohio attorney general since I have a signed contract and proof of payment. Edit: As you can see from his response he's full of excuses and his cowardness still has him never returning my calls (if he had a problem he should have spoken up). He claims I'm lying then goes on to acknowledge my complaints only to have excuses for them. The best part of this is that the entire conversation was captured on a ring camera proving his lies. All the videos, pictures, text, receipts and emails are part of the civil case. I appreciate the assist with this public response now all these lies can be added since there's irrefutable video evidence showing otherwise.
