I hate to make this review but I feel it is necessary. I did not have work done by PAM, but I can say with experience they do not take proper precautions and do not have the attention to detail others have claimed. On October 24th I parked my car downtown on a busy street, paid my meter for the day and went to a class I had in the area. I returned to my car at 630 pm covered in concrete dust as well as splatters from the concrete. This residue will not wash off and will need to be professionally cleaned. Parking area maintenance has taken no accountability for the situation and has been impossible to get ahold of. There were no signs or any indication there would be construction in the area when I parked. The street was full of parked cars. I have been quoted up to $1700 for repairs on my car due to the damage that was caused. My car is only 8 months old, not to mention it is my first new car and I take great pride in taking care of it. If you are an owner looking to use PAM please beware. Using them is a liability and may put people’s property at risk.

As a property manager in the area, finding reliable asphalt companies has always been a challenge. However, discovering Parking Area Maintenance through a friend's recommendation has been a game-changer. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. The quality of their work is impeccable, and their crew was incredibly accommodating and patient as we coordinated moving cars from the apartment complex. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely continue to use Parking Area Maintenance for all our properties in the future. 5 star recommendation for sure. 👍🏽
