I have over 40 facilities that I have to manage. I am not an expert, nor do I like spending time, energy and resources maintaining the parking lots. Peyton Sego has been a life saver. I first met with Peyton and David about 3 or 4 years ago and asked that they do an assessment of our lots and come back with a maintenance plan. He visited each of my locations and prepared a book showing the status of the parking lot at each location. Together we developed a plan on how to keep the parking lots properly maintained. He assigned a code to each location indicating the status of the asphalt. He provided fair and reasonable pricing for the maintenance of each of the lots that were in dire need. Now each year we try to deal with the red coded lots immediately, and keep our eyes on the yellow coded lots, knowing that I will need to budget for the repairs in the near future. Knowing in advance what my needs are and what I need to budget for has been a great help to me and my business. Over the years there have been a few minor instances where the work didn't get done to our satisfaction. In every case it wasn't done to the satisfaction of the Peyton and David either, and they immediately fixed the problem.
