Parking Lot Services

We had a great experience with Parking Lot Services in Largo, Florida. Their paving work was completed professionally, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. Jason went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and exceeded our expectations. His commitment to customer service and quality workmanship truly stood out. On behalf of the Chevy Chase Condominium Association, we highly recommend Parking Lot Services for any paving or parking lot project. Great job from start to finish!

As a member of the Board of Directors for our Condominium Association, I am writing this to provide an accurate account of the recent work performed by Parking Lot Services (PLS Paving). We recently contracted them for a sealcoating and striping project, and we are incredibly pleased with the professional results. I specifically want to address a recent one-star review posted by a owner at our property. That review is unfortunately invalid and based on a total misunderstanding of the project. First, the review was posted before the work was even completed. Second, we did not contract for a full repavement; we hired them specifically for maintenance—sealing and restriping. Any remaining cracks in the surface are normal for the age of the asphalt and were not part of the scope we authorized or paid for. It is unfair to penalize a contractor for not performing work they weren't hired to do, especially before they had even finished the job. Parking Lot Services (PLS Paving) executed the project perfectly. The lot looks refreshed, the lines are sharp, and the team was professional throughout. On behalf of the Board, I want to apologize to the company for the misleading negative feedback from a resident who was not privy to the contract details. We highly recommend their services.

We had an excellent experience working with Jason Lambert, Project Manager with Parking Lot Services, for asphalt patching and sealcoating in Palm Harbor. From start to finish, Jason was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept us informed on scheduling, and made sure the work was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. The quality of the asphalt patching and sealcoating exceeded our expectations—the finished product looks fantastic and was done right the first time. Jason took pride in the details, addressed all questions promptly, and ensured the project stayed on track and within scope. It’s refreshing to work with a project manager who is this organized, dependable, and committed to delivering top-tier results. We highly recommend Jason Lambert and Parking Lot Services to anyone in need of asphalt repair or sealcoating. Outstanding service and workmanship all around.

Communications and advance planning were terrific! Despite a rain delay postponing the job start they, we only had to wait a couple of weeks to be rescheduled. Conscientious crews, and great follow-up after the project was completed. Our community highly recommends PLS for your paving jobs! Top notch👍🏼

A top notch outfit. Their work whether paving, striping or other parking lot work is the best. In our +55 HOA in Hernando County we tripled our handicapped parking. They had them install crosswalks, sidewalks and stripe these for handicapped. Their asphalt paving matched up to the sidewalks perfectly. Their striping was impeccable. Jason the boss always shows up prior to the job to check in on what needs to be done. The crews then get the work done. The striping crew is always three guys with a very intuitive crew chief. Impeccable work!
