Parks Land Development Inc.

I contacted Parks Land Development for quotes on lot clearing, grading, and septic tank installation for a modular home project I was doing. Pricing was reasonable so I accepted their quote and they did the work. David went above and beyond what he agreed to do per his contract. I would highly recommend them for all of your grading, clearing, or septic tank installs.

Got a load of Sand/Top Soil mix delivered to Nags Head. Staff was incredibly nice and responsive. Driver was a very nice guy. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Parks Land Development is an excellent company to do business with. All personnel are courteous and professional.

Parks Land Development came in a did the job like it supposed to be. A Class A number 1 company. I would definitely recommend them to anybody! Thank you for a job well done.

I called them for a quote on my storm damaged barn. I was told someone would contact me in a few days. I called back after 6 days and was told that someone would contact me within 2 days. It's now been two weeks. No one has contacted me from their company.
