Pave OH - Asphalt Paving in Columbus Ohio

Buyer beware! Previously gave Pave Ohio a good review. Had a new driveway installed 4/21/26. Since then have had multiple problems including cars leaving tire marks in what appears to be still wet asphalt and holes 2-3 inches wide and deep spontaneously appearing in the driveway in areas we don't even drive on. Have called multiple times to try to resolve issues and nobody gets back to me. They do NOT stand by their work. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Had them asphalt my driveway I already had gravel down and was charged for gravel which I already purchased. They arrived late to my driveway so in return they was racing daylight dump trucks was like 1-2 hours apart so in result there is a lot of cold seams. Did smooth the driveway very well and I have ponding in some areas. Left a hole against the foundation of the house where no asphalt was applied. I’ve contacted pav and John numerous times to see if they would be coming out to repair and to see if they are going to do repairs. On top of everything the asphalt doesn’t cover the whole driveway. 2-3 feet on the side wasn’t done and I was still charged for the whole square footage. Would just like to have it fixed and I keep getting the run around. I just don’t think it’s worth 15000.00 for the results I got.

Good afternoon, just wanted to say I've priced many asphalt companies over the past 8 yrs. I live in hopewell oh 50 miles east of Columbus. So this year started calling asphalt companies alittle further out of my area, and finally one company called me back within 48 hrs, and gave me a est over the phone. I couldn't believe the price that was given compared to other companies. So I did alittle research on this company and couldn't find any fault, so I agreed to the est. A emailed was sent and signed, and that was it. 1 month later I have there crew showed and completed my driveway in one day. All employees were friendly and professional, they kept work area clean as they worked and tighty up at the end picking up debris. MY DRIVEWAY LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!. I would recommend 100%. I suggest making paveoh your first call not your last. Trust me . Thanks again guys.

Highly recommended John and his crew they turned my old muddy un leveled gravel driveway into a brand new driveway. Now I can wash my vehicles without being in mud and mush lol thanks again guys highly recommend John and his crew !!!!

What is the right word in place of “immaculate”? How about “Pristine” for your COMPLETED DRIVEWAY? LOOK NO FURTHER THAN PAVE OHIO ! My driveway was cracked with potholes near the sidewalk. I used that Latex Sealer from the Big Box stores. The 5-yr warranty stuff. WRONG Now comes Alex Walker, Forman and his Crew. They completely removed my old driveway blacktop. Then installed their asphalt at least 3” thick. The men removed the drainage grate in front of the garage. And, they went all the way to the edge of the original driveway that was covered with grass and weeds. The gradual slope of a flat driveway cannot be felt until you walk on it. Alex Walker’s guys created the right slope to match the sidewalk crossing and the cement apron! And, the grating they created a fold to accept the drainage into the grating. I could not be more PLEASED WITH THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. NOW, TO TOP OFF THE DRIVEWAY IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE HOT OIL SEAL THEY COME BACK TO WORK IN THE OIL INTO THE NEW DRIVEWAY. This is the only ONLY SEAL you will need for years to come! NEVER NEVER USE ANY LATEX SEALER AFTER THIS. YOU WILL RUIN THE SURFACE AND NEED TO KEEP APPLYING YEAR AFTER YEAR.
