Pave-Tech Asphalt

We had services done in 2021. Have large potholes that fill with water every time it rains and remains for days. Rocky promised multiple times to repair and never did. Yeah, the price may have been better but the quality is terrible. He refuses to repair even though his text response in 2022 and 2023 said he would.

Had my driveway done late last summer, very uneven, not level and edges are cracking and breaking away. Within a few weeks, weeds were pushing through. Contacted about getting it fixed (was told 2 yr warranty) have been getting blown off from owner Rocky for months now. I hate to make this bad review because Rocky seemed like a good guy, very friendly, but service after payment was made has been non existent. Please Rocky, text me back, let's get this fixed.

If you need any paving done, this is the company to call! Rocky answered the phone the first time calling the company, unlike other companies where you have to leave a message and wonder if they will ever call back. He came out within 3 days of contacting him for a quote. He gave me a price that I couldn’t turn down. He scheduled me for the next week. I’m glad that we called pave tech. The crew was awesome. They went over and above our expectations. I will use them again for seal coating the newly paved drive and for our next house. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their driveway paved!

Started out great with Rocky and his crew. They initially showed up on time as promised and did good work sealing the lot. Rocky asked to get paid before they finished the paving work. I obliged because I expected he would follow through in his word to finish the job that weekend……. That was 6 weeks and multiple broken promises ago. They did come back last week and threw some asphalt on the ground around the areas that were paved but it was absolutely Terrible work. They also left the front of our retail business littered with concrete that they created but just left. Completely disappointed in the work. I do not recommend working with Rocky or Pavetech.

We had this company come out to our 501 3C Equine Rescue to repair our current asphalt drive way and to widen the entrance of the driveway and widen the driveway up to our new garage entrance. The first day they came, Rocky the owner came and told us they had to leave because the asphalt plant had shut down, they came back the next day, did very little site preparation, use our gravel to lay base for extending driveway but did not compact the gravel. Had a bunch of people show up, mostly standing around, left so much asphalt in our yard it’s unreal, they even took the asphalt roller through our new garage and concrete without asking, they did not use a hand tamper to get close to edges or to smooth out edges. The grade of the asphalt is so uneven it’s unbelievable. There have been large areas of the asphalt that have cracked and split apart, the entrance to the driveway has already broken apart, we have two inches of standing water when it rains in the center of the driveway. They dry rolled the asphalt leaving large areas where the asphalt is loose and cracking, there is gravel spreading out under the asphalt along the drive way, they caused damage to the new concrete we just has installed. The asphalt is very porous and is breaking up when you drive over it. The grade of the edge lines along the driveway literally go between 1 inch up to 7 inches on both sides of the driveway. We have called Rocky numerous times, and have called to spoke to some woman at the number on his business card, we have photos of the damage and issues and they confirmed they received the photos, but Rocky will not respond to our calls or messages. We made first call on 10/22/2021, 2 days after they finished, we also sent a text message and photos on 10/22/2021. Sent follow-up text on 11/5/2021 and again on 11/12/2021, but Rocky has not responded at all. There has been additional calls and text along with photos being sent to Rocky with no response. This has been a horrible experience and w
