Paveco Inc.

12 years ago I had PAVECO replace my asphalt driveway. Since then they oil it every two years (not water based or other coating material). Best advice I ever received. They are pros and know what works best!!! See photos of my 12 year old driveway. Want a great driveway, hire PAVECO.

When I read reviews, I generally disregard the one-star reviews that sound like sour grapes ("Amazon sent me a used item and it didn't work" - is that the items fault?) and the really glowing five-star reviews (were they paid reviews? All submitted by relatives?). Here, I didn't read the reviews until now. the one-star reviews seem to fit what I expected, but the five-stars are validated by our experience. When we built our house 10 years ago, the builder repaved and expanded the existing driveway. About a year ago, the driveway developed a significant low spot that grew into a trip hazard. We, like everyone else, get weekly flyers from companies touting their skills as cleaners, painters and, of course, pavers. We spoke with some of them, got estimates, and weren’t overly impressed. We then reached out to a renovation company we were dealing with after a flood and they glowingly recommended Paveco. Yeah, right. They’ll be great, but we figured we’ll call them for an estimate. Rick, the owner, came out and looked at the existing driveway. He actually listened to what we wanted and what we wanted changed, made some suggestions and recommended that we check with the county if we wanted additional paving to prevent any issues with our septic system. Rick is friendly, knows his stuff and doesn’t try to talk you into unnecessary work like some of the others. We scheduled the paving, and Rick and his crew showed up on time – in gleaming trucks – not new (I found out later that one was ten years old), but spotless – far different from the other pavers who drive around the neighborhood in filthy trucks dripping asphalt. This actually makes a huge difference. During the work, Rick suggested some changes that made sense and then implemented them without fanfare. The final job looks great – far thicker that the original, with nicely finished edges that look better and will vastly improve drainage. What stands out the most is that Rick and his crew take pride in their jo

What can I say about this company? Fantastic! Start to finish we were overwhelmed with the precision, thoroughness and attention to detail. Rick was excellent to work with. He prepared a timely and thorough estimate detailing everything that would be needed in order to provide us with a solid driveway that would serve us for years to come. Josh and his crew were fantastic as well. It was cool to see each step of the process and the skill involved to do it right. We are very pleased with our new driveway. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. We’ll be having them sealcoat the driveway for us in the years to come. Thank you Paveco!

Rick and the Paveco team did a fantastic job on our parking lot. This was a large project with a complete demo and new installation. They took the time to thoroughly walk us through all the phases of the project and identify any concerns prior to the start. The attention to detail was awesome. The finished project looks amazing. We highly recommend Paveco for your paving needs.

Paveco, operated by Rick George, is a professional company with over 30 years in the business, a Class A Contractors License and high limit liability insurance. My 5,000 SF driveway pavement overlay was implemented very well with the paving machine smoothly spreading VDOT SM9.5 grade asphalt and compacting it with vibratory rollers. Paveco explained how the work would be executed and how I should maintain and seal the pavement in the future. I highly recommend them! Carl L. Fredericksburg, VA
