Pavemaster Asphalt Paving LLC

These people are evil!! I gave them several commercial jobs, paid them upon completion, and not only didn't they communicate, ever, or answer their phones most of the time, but I called them on a Thursday they told me they were going to do a job for me the following Wednesday. Dawn, the mom, was the one that both told me and scheduled the Wednesday date. I told my customer, I waited all week, trusting them and then on Tuesday night right before I just felt something was off. So I called Dawn who said, "Oh yeah, we got a bigger job sorry I can't do it." She screwed me over, my customer over, and not only isn't she a woman of her word but she's apparently a coward and extremely rude that she couldn't just let me know when I waited all week, and could have got someone else. She was extremely rude and then hung up on me. Additionally, I finally saw the work they did and THEIR WORK IS AWFUL!!! It was a blessing in disguise since I ended up having to re-do their SHODDY WORK! This company is as bad as it gets. Horrible people. STAY AWAY!!!

Great experience with Pavemaster. Quick response after requesting a quote. All the employees I had an interaction with were very nice. I feel they went above and beyond to help me with our project in Land O’Lakes. Highly recommend

I understand your company is trying to do a job and get the road paved, but to not inform homeowners the day before a long holiday weekend that they would not have access to their homes today is just wrong on so many levels. It's one of the biggest travel days of the year and your company doesn't take the time to notify homeowners of this?  Who dropped the ball?  All the while your crew is out there joking around and having a good time doing i don't' know what and when asked why we were not notified it was shrugged off like oh well, we don't care and couldn't tell you how long. I care.  My family arriving to visit today will care and how much would it have cost you to drop a flyer on the street so we knew this was happening?

I so highly recommend Pavemasters! Probably one of the best contractors that we have ever utilized. They came out and fixed the disastrous work performed by a different contractor at a price point that provided us great value! And then, a couple years later, we hired them to reseal our driveway, an effort that took three tries because rain washed away the sealant. They came out for those two additional times promptly and professionally, and made sure that we were pleased with the final product. I wish all contractors were as great as these guys!
