Pavement Force & Construction

I reached out to Pavement Force as they are highly rated. They took a bit to come out which was fine (initial call mid to end of June). An estimator came out on July 6th, and I still have not heard back as of writing this - July 28th. The work I requested was a driveway, a driveway extension, a patio, and a partial garage repave. I have called them roughly 4-5 times now since July 6th and each time I am told someone will reach out, but they never do. I also reached out to the estimator directly, but never heard back either via email or phone. I’ll be taking business elsewhere as this is not the correct way to treat a customer.

I called for a quote to replace a wooden deck I had with a concrete patio. The representative from PFC promptly came out and asked me questions about my preferences and answered any questions I had about the process. I now have a beautiful patio! It is even better than I could have imagined! I love the wedding cake steps most of all. I would highly recommend PFC for any concrete work you might need.

Vince DeBartolo was amazing in regards to professionally putting my driveway project together. We had PFC tear up our huge Horseshoe Driveway and put in a new one. Vince was outstanding with fair and competitive pricing and really gave best interst to the customer in relation to other quotes l received. Vince oversaw the project for the whole 2 days the crew was out here. The crew of 3 or 4 great guys was outstanding and there work was meticulous as if they were putting in their own home drive way. The friendliest group to talk to about what they were doing and seriously cut no corners and actually did more in some areas that was not in original plan to ensure complete satisfaction. This is a company l will refer to others and use again for the next step in seal coating next year. Thanks Vince.....outstanding!
