The team at Pavement Maintenance Specialties is absolutely amazing! They recently completed a project that included removing our old driveway, walkway, and front pad and pouring a new one. They also prepared and poured a shed pad in our backyard. The concrete work is absolutely beautiful and we are so pleased with it, but what stood out to me about this company was their customer service. We worked with Norm and his communication was phenomenal. He answered his phone when I called or returned texts and messages is a very short time. He updated me on important dates and times and he and his team showed up when they said they would. He gave us realistic expectations and went above and beyond to follow through. When I had a concern about the project he listened and never made me feel like I was being a burden. His entire team was also so kind and respectful. This is the third driveway Pavement Maintenance Specialties has poured on our block in the last few years. They are a neighborhood favorite!
