Pavement Specialist Inc

The team at The Pavement Specialist Inc just finished replacing our driveway, and we are highly impressed. They work incredibly fast and efficiently: the removal, grading, and compacting were done in a flash, and the raised Belgian block edging was executed perfectly to spec. Their craftsmanship and work ethic are top-notch. The new asphalt is perfectly leveled, compacted, and seamlessly tucked against all adjacent surfaces, eliminating any worries about leaks or washouts. Throughout the project, communication was clear and direct; they listened to all of our suggestions and addressed every concern. With very reasonable pricing, outstanding professionalism, and a courteous crew, I highly recommend them!

My experience with Pavement Specialist was amazing. I spoke to John about having my driveway replaced. He came to my home promptly. He was professional, very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. His suggestions was on point and appreciated. I am very happy with my driveway and have received compliments from my neighbors. I would do business with this company again and recommend to others. Thank you John and crew.

I needed my driveway extended and my existing driveway repaved, so I reached out to more than eight contractors in the area. Most did not even return my call. John did. He came out quickly, took detailed measurements, and provided a written estimate that matched exactly what we discussed. He also offered great recommendations and fair pricing with a great warranty included. Once the work began, his communication was constant and clear. We decided to expand the project to include replacing our paver sidewalk, and he and his crew handled it with ease. Again, he provided recommendations for our house, which were spot on. It looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier! The quality of the work was outstanding, and they left everything spotless, including the street. Highly recommend John @ Pavement Specialists and his team. True professionals.

From the moment John came out to the property, he was professional and interested in creating a positive experience. He gave a very reasonable quote for all of the work requested. Pavement Specialist was very easy to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, they did the job as stated and even added features to enhance the original design. John was easy to communicate with and we ended up with a great result!

John and team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Unlike other “estimates” I got, John provided a written estimate that outlined all the details. His price was fair and I truly felt he was a stand up professional who would do a great job. The job was scheduled about 3 weeks earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. They did a fantastic job, the team was great and I would highly recommend Paving Specialist! Enjoy the before and after pics!
