Pavey Excavating Co Inc

Was really nice just making a short drive across town to pick up stone for our driveway. Vicki was super nice and informative in scaling me in and out. Tim and the other operator loading me were right on the money with the tonnage I needed each trip . And thank you for your civic involvement with the Radio Auction gift certificates that help the children with Christmas. A true local business that cares .

Initially I would leave a great review. We had issues with our septic system at Christmas and Mr. Pavey came out right away and replaced a missing paddle which initially solved our problem. We started getting standing water in the same area again 2 weeks ago. I left 4 messages and finally called a fifth time. I was transferred to Mike Pavey who told me my system was probably failing and gave me a list of everything I needed to get done through an inspector and the health department. Since I have no experience with septic systems and they are the ones who installed the system, I asked him if he could help me with that. He told me he didn't have time for me and gave me the name of someone else to call. I am so very disappointed that I was ignored after leaving 4 messages and then told to take my business/issue elsewhere. I do not recommend them for any septic work.

Had sand delivered for our pool, amazing customer service over the phone when I called to inquire about the sand and great delivery service!!!

The price of the 10 tons of stone I ordered was great. It was delivered on time and placed exactly where I wanted it. They have been in business for a long time and they know what they are doing.

Locally Family owned and operated business serving our community for as long as I remember. Orders always delivered quickly and professionally. Phone staff very helpful and courteous. Will get my lifetime business.
