Pavire Driveways

We wanted a paver driveway and sidewalk, but we did not think we could afford it. Regardless, I asked Pavire Driveways for an estimate—and wow, I am **so** glad I did. Pavire's estimate came in under our budget and we hired them. Throughout the entire process, from the beginning to the end, Pavire's knowledge, experience, skill, and professionalism shine brightly. They show an incredible amount of respect to you, the customer, and to your property. The clean lines and smooth surfaces reflect Pavire's attention to detail and artisanship. Pavire's keen eyes and skilled hands helped bring more balance, more functionality, and more beauty to our new driveway and sidewalk. It's only been three days, but we've already had several people, even people we've never met, stop to tell us how "gorgeous" our driveway looks. We hired Pavire to install a new front walkway and front door step, along with a small landing pad for a deck on our property. Overall, the quality of the work is excellent and the crews are skilled, and if I was just basing my review on this alone, I would be giving Pavire 5 stars. It looks amazing and we are very happy with the results. Where Pavire fell short is with their project coordination, communication, and schedule expectations. We were told the install could be completed within 3-4 weeks from when we said “go” but it actually took around 6 weeks in total. We had another contractor lined up for finishing work in our yard that couldn’t start until Pavire was done, so this was disruptive. There were a few times that I reached out to my Pavire contact and heard no response, and was the one asking for updates vs him letting me know the updates as they occurred, which was frustrating. Pavire also gave me inaccurate information on the timing expectations for the final install, stating it would take 2 days when it really took 4. The install on the landing pad was further delayed because their brick vendor sent a partial wrong order and they were short 30 bricks from finishing the job. This was not caught or communicated to us until the last day. While it’s the brick vendors error, the bricks sat at Pavire for a few weeks and if somebody had taken the time to ensure the goods received were correct per the order, the overall delay could have been avoided. There was no follow up from Joel when the project completed, asking for feedback, confirming everything was done, and a general show of sales goodwill. Pavire has a lot of great reviews so maybe we are a one-off case. For the amount of money we spent on this project, I had expected better customer service.

Pavire Driveways installed permeable pavers for our driveway and front entrance sidewalk in November 2023 using County Materials H2O Pro Timeless face-mix Pavers (Permeable Paving Units). Now over a year later even after a wet spring and early summer, while the runoff pours off of neighboring traditional driveways, there is no runoff from the permeable paver installation at all, the pavers remain level, and weed free. In addition to the great ecological benefits of the pavers plus adding a new pollinator garden space, the install is the nicest looking driveway and sidewalk in the neighborhood.

Best decision I ever made was having Pavire install a gorgeous paver driveway to replace my worn asphalt. It elevated the property as a whole and is a durable, attractive and maintenance free finishing touch that I’m certain has increased the value of my home. I continue to get compliments a year later! Bidding, scheduling and execution was efficient, professional and flawless.

Pavire is a great company to work with, they replaced my paver driveway about three years ago and did a beautiful job. The guys they have working for them are highly experience and obviously well trained with years of experience - craftsmen. Not easy to find a contractor like this now a days.
