WORST IN KANSAS!! The older African/American gentleman who I believe was supervising the new pavement project at one the our Dillon’s Marketplace locations: #85 (Andover, KS) on 06/22/26 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I observed him screaming profanity towards multiple Dillons customers who were driving on the pavement that HIS TEAM FAILED to put in place to re-direct traffic around the area. I network with multiple QSR & Retail franchise owners/executives in the Kansas market and I will absolutely be sharing this experience! Get rid of this guy before you lose more business.

Update: They're STILL working on West Street and have made very little progress in the past three months. Why I'm updating this is because I was stuck in stopped traffic on West Street before the trailer court for TEN MINUTES because they were 'sweeping' the wet concrete from the traffic lane and blocking traffic. Why the hell they couldnt sweep it from the sidewalk side, I'll never know, but this happened two days in a row. No one monitoring or directing traffic. In both instances we sat there until people started blowing their horns and finally they let us go. This company has been reworking West Street between MacArthur and 47th for over 6 months. Have made little to no progress in the last 5 months. Still only one side of the road half-assedly done. They red did Don Hattan Drive in Park City. about 200 feet of road took them over a month. Maybe they should focus on less projects so they can get things done in a reasonable time.

Your employees need to learn how to secure their loads before throwing rocks all over the highway on all of the surrounding cars. A few stray rocks potentially are going to happen, but ia properly secured truck should not be dumping rocks everywhere.

These guys are great! A company owner should be proud to have these guys on their payroll. A co-worker of mine (truck driver) and I were having trouble while fixing a break down and the service truck pulled up and assisted us in making the repair. Great guys, polite and hard working. Glad to meet them.

I'm not from the area, and have zero experience with this company. However, on a morning walk, I had to stop and take a note. This level of finish quality is tragic, even in a "cheapest bidder" scenario. Multiple instances of concrete spoils scraped off of adjacent slabs and the residue not rinsed away, spoils left around the area, spalling, poor (heavy/inconsistent) broom texture, poor (excessive/wavy) trowel work, and elevation inconsistent with adjacent pads. Durability, since it's brand new, and hasn't experienced freeze/thaw cycles, remains to be seen.
