Kevin, the kid who runs the front of the business is highly unprofessional. He mixed up dates when showing up to my home the first few times. He pushed the project back once due to weather, which at first was okay but now I question if it was even weather. I say this because the second time around we were two days out from starting the project and he pushed it back again 2 weeks because he got an earlier deposit for a bigger project. This was were I drew the line. I had transferred the money to my account ready to hand over the deposit the next day and he had postponed us once again. I’m glad I hadn’t sent the money because I have no confidence he would start the job on the scheduled date. Very sketchy business, never got a contractor number either, be cautious.

I was referred to Penca Pavers by my lawn service company. They did an awesome job installing two walkways for me. One with Travertine the other with concrete pavers and both walkways came out great. The crew (Kevin, Jose and Joe) showed up when they said they would and worked straight through until the job was completed. They weee very respectful of my home and left everything clean. The walkways are straight, tight and smooth. Their price was very reasonable and I will use them again when it’s time to do my driveway.

Kevin and his dad jose is a great crew of hardworking and a honest paver installers they polished & revewed my Driveway with beautiful concrete pavers. Kevin was a honest and upfront salespersons and Jose his dad knows what he's doing. WIll 100% hire them again for future works. 💯

Very disappointing experience. I contacted the company multiple times before finally getting a response. Kevin said he would be able to complete the job, and I confirmed that the price was acceptable. After that, he never followed up. I called and messaged several times with no response. If you’re looking to gain new clients, communication is essential— even a simple “no” would have been appreciated. Edit: This is not a fake review and I can post screenshots of the messages and of the calls that I made. You responded quickly to this review but not when I followed up multiple times which is why I’m leaving this review.

Kevin and his team were professional, and efficient! We have travertine tiles around our pool deck that were damaged from Hurricane Helene. They came in and pressure washed the deck, replaced the damaged tiles, put down new sand, leveled them, then sealed the deck. It took two days and they look brand new again. Highly recommend.
