Perfect Seal Asphalt

Still waiting on the owner of this company to call an apologize for ordeal they put me through. Avoid this group! Im another unfortunate negative review in recent history with this group. Currently waited beyond what I thought it would take to seal a driveway. After pestering they did apply the first of 2 coats but, without any communication on what was going on its hard to know as a customer. I will update if the job ever gets completed but right now based on my experience, if I owned this company I would be embarrassed and I cannot recommend. I have been served nothing but delay, confusion, questioned quality even with all my neighbors looking at it and a group that seemingly blames me because their busy. Good luck Update 2 weeks after sealing and the job is still not done. Even things like the sticks are just left at the end of the driveway like garbage. No idea when they will show back up to finish touching up fully missed areas on the edging. I asked the owner call me and apologize for the shame this project has been. The only reason, I mean only reason this is done in July and not September is because I kept asking to get reasonable updates as anyone would want.

I have used prose before and been happy but this time the employees were lazy and un knowledgeable. I will never use them again.

Service has been wonderful! The office manager(Mara) the Project representative (John) and the Crew(Terry) from the start to finish! They have been great. We had to have the project done by a certain time and they all worked together to get it done! They’ve been so nice and easy to work with! Communication has been great! I strong recommend them if you need any asphalt work need!

Driveway looks great. John and his team took their time to make sure that the 4” asphalt was applied evenly with the correct pitch to drain rain/water away from my garage. Explanations and showing me what needed to be addressed was clear and trustworthy. I will utilize Pro-Seal to seal my driveway when needed.

Pro-Seal did an excellent job removing the old asphalt Drive . During this process they noticed that the foundation under the garage slab had eroded away over time. This was unexpected. For a little extra cost they backfilled the area with crushed stone and capped the area with concrete to shore up the area under the slab, then proceeded to lay down the stone base for the asphalt. The next day they came back and applied 4 inches of asphalt product and did a fantastic job, not only in workmanship, but in the cleanup process as well. I highly recommend Pro-Seal if you’re on need of replacing, or repairing your driveway, and they are great people to work with. Well done Pro-Seal!
