Was dangerously cut off by one of their drivers on Beeline Highway coming into fountain hills; he almost caused me to crash into him and almost hit the car in front of him. The driver then proceeded to make sexual and inappropriate gestures towards me at a red light. Imagine how many minors your workers have made uncomfortable 😬

Unprofessional and inconsiderate. The owner of this business should reconsider putting their company’s name on the side of a vehicle if their employee is going to speed in parking lots and cut off lines of cars. I would never do business with anyone that behaves in such a self-serving atrocious manner. I hope this review affects your business and I hope many of the individuals affected this evening have a similar idea to enlighten you in this way.

My husband and I were hit by a rock from Performance and sealing last Wednesday January 22nd at 2:12 pm. We were in the same lane as truck # 6914. Must have not cleaned off his bumper. His truck threw a large rock out, the rock shattered our windshield. I called the company, and was forwarded to a manager, whose name is unknown, as he did not introduce. He said they had hundreds of trucks on the road. He was going to investigate and call me back………..still waiting his call back.

Truck # 6914 was driving on the freeway on the 101 and Bell Road one of the rocks came out the truck and busted my windshield open I’ve been trying to call them for the last past two days and they’re not answering. Send me straight to voicemail they gave me the manager’s name Tommy now he’s not answering and sending me straight to voicemail!! I just want to get paid for the damage that they cost to my windshield!!

We had work done at my office in December 2015 and they do a pretty good job with patching, laying seal coat, and re-stripping. However, their customer service is terrible. They did not do our signage as requested the first time so I had to reach out multiple times to get it done the way we originally requested. Also, they were supposed to replace a wheel stop, which they also forgot to do originally, and when they finally got around to it, they brought a wheel stop that is completely different than the other ones in our parking lot, with out even letting us know. Shortly after completing our parking lot we had a patient almost fall, do to a small sink hole in the parking lot. I reached out to them regarding this and weeks after calling, emailing, and leaving multiple messages Shawn finally called me back and scheduled to come out and look at it, which he did in the middle of January 2016, he said that he could understand the hazard of having this sink hole, because although small, our ELDERLY patients could trip over it or their canes/walkers could get stuck in it. He said that he would have someone come out right away to fix it at no extra charge, at this time I also asked about the bill, which we still had not received, he said that he would get that sent out as well. It is now the end of March 2016 and although I've tried reaching out to him multiple times, no one has come out to fix it, we recently had another patient almost fall because of it. They do not care or understand the liability behind having this sink hole in our parking lot. Again, their customer service skills are tremendously lacking (you can't get anyone to contact you back, unless it is regarding payment) and doing business with them was a mistake. They act as if we are inconveniencing them, which is crazy to me because this was a paid service. Which also, by the way, was an issue, instead of sending us the bill for our parking lot, they assumed that it was to go to the HOA??? So it took forever
