Petit Brothers Sealcoating & Asphalt Repair

Petit Brothers did an amazing job on our commercial parking lot. We went through an extensive bid process and Joe and his team came up with the best solution for the heavy-duty traffic that we get on our lot. We have lots of trucks, trailers, and storage containers that get moved around. Joe put together a custom additive package in the sealer that resulted in not only a beautiful end result but one that could also handle the wear and tear. Joe and his team watched the weather very closely and made sure the seal coating was done when there wasn't any rain in the forecast. I highly recommend this company for any of your asphalt or sealing needs.

In an industry where it's difficult to differentiate and show value, Petit Brothers has won my business and recommendation! To start, I'd had my driveway sealed before by a few different companies. No one really stood out per se'. Last time around I used a name you see a lot of with their signs...but scheduling was not easy..."We're in your area on X day/week". You really had no say. With Petit, they were understanding, cooperative, flexible and then when the team showed up, they were polite, respectful, took their time and cleaned up. Linda would text, confirm appointment and answered the phone and texts professionally and with all the answers I needed. During application, the field team an accidental footprint...1/2 a footprint, on my sidewalk and it was addressed immediately with cleaner and wire brush. Top notch service, team! Thank you! Also, got a visit during application from Joe Petit, who recognized us as a first-time customer. I don't know how many jobs they do in an average week, but to be on your game enough to recognize NEW customers? Nice touch. Must be a Gen-X. Haha! Thank you to the entire staff - in the office, in the field, and all around, for a great overall customer service experience. Oh...and the price was comparable and competitive to those others who were NOT so great on the cust service. Don't look any further. Book them today. I'll try to post in a year to show you how good it STILL looks...because I'm that confident in their product. Thanks!

We recently had our parking lot sealed by Brothers and were extremely impressed with the entire experience. They were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and the parking lot looks amazing. They completed everything in a timely manner and clearly take pride in what they do. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality sevice.

Joe and the Petit Brothers TEAM did an absolute amazing job with my new driveway. From design to permitting to dirt removal to the final product, it was like a grand symphony orchestra! Forman Juan's eye and execution for detail is the best out there! Thx Petit Brothers!

There is not anyone else I'd recommend for any paving/sealcoating needs. They've done all our work for years, and the results are always amazing! Top-notch quality work. The workers clean up after themselves and are very polite and professional when on site. I've also personally met the owner, Joe, and he'll frequently stop by to follow up on their work after it's been completed. He's super friendly and very communicative. There is no need to look any further. Just give these guys a call. 🙂
