I wanted to share with you how much I appreciate how hard your crew worked on my road this past week! I had to WFH Tues - Thurs and my little boy had SO much fun watching your men work. They were efficient with their time and equipment. I have lived on Wiltshire for 5 years and we've needed that road redone for so long. It is so smooth, and you can tell every bit was planned accordingly. I work at an engineering firm and my father-in-law has his own concrete company, he even mentioned he's done business with Phillips Paving, we know how much planning goes into things like this. I was really impressed by how well everyone worked together, how respectful they were of our properties, and I know it was a hot week! I tried to help out by supplying cold water to give them a little bit of a break from the heat. I have attached a few photos of how well everything turned out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Whispering Hills in Lenexa is a private neighborhood with 5.5 miles of asphalt road. After an extensive review of options and bidding the HOA Board contracted with Phillips to do our 2025 work, approximately 1.7 miles of road repair and resurfacing. They worked with us for several months, answering multiple questions, even walking the neighborhood with staff and a project foreman prior to establishing a plan of action. Work was accomplished quickly and efficiently over a 5 day period in April. The work crew went above and beyond to get work done in the ideal window of weather, clean up was excellent they and responded immediately to neighbors questions and needs. I highly recommend Phillips. 5 Stars.

I am extremely impressed with Phillips paving company as they did my driveway and they completed the project as promised and exceeded my expectations! Friendly staff and great service!!

Yall have some awesome employees. My son loves trucks and anything heavy equipment, today theyre milling the road in my neighborhood before repaving it, your dump truck driver has made my sons day because he will honk for him each time he sees him!
