We are a small HOA in Carefree AZ. We were in a situation where we needed to remove and replace our asphalt after 39 years. We elected to use PMIS as a consultant (separate review), and in a competitive bid, we selected Pinnacle Paving. Jeff Deavers and his crew put together a detailed plan and due to market conditions, were able to slot us in very quickly. Great communication and signage to the community. For roughly 2.7 miles of road, they completed removal and replacement of our asphalt, as well as inserting electrical conduit and manhole covers flawlessly. They worked fast, but precisely and even helped the gate company in replacing the gate loops when they ran behind to ensure the project completed on time. These guys are professionals and great to work with. They and our consultant probably saved our community $250K. Hire these guys!

As always, the consummate professionals!!! They do a phenomenal job!!!! this morning. The guys came out and oiled My Asphalt looked as if they were painting on a canvas. They took great care to make sure none of the Asphalt tar touched the Pavers. Great job. Thanks again Kent and crew!!🍾🙏

Pinnacle was perfect in meeting Timelines and the job work was done completely satisfactory. We've used them previously and their work has always exceeded expectations.

My husband and I are Board members in our Condominium Association. Recently we asked Pinnacle Paving to reseal our 36-unit alleyway. They did a great job and it looks great. They also put striping in for our parking areas. Kent was awesome to work with. All of our residents stayed off of it until dry (24 hours). However, early in the morning we discovered that the newspaper carrier drove on it although there were plenty of barricades and made some major groves in it. Pinnacle was so kind in coming back to repair it for us. They are awesome. Their prices also were a couple of hundred dollars less than their competitors. Good job Pinnacle!
