PKS Paving

I’m very satisfied with the work PKS Paving & Concrete Construction completed for us on our commercial project in Covington. We hired them for a partial asphalt parking lot installation/asphalt repair, and this was not a simple, wide-open paving job. They had to work around new concrete, existing asphalt, active construction conditions, equipment, materials, and a busy job site. Their crew showed up with the right equipment, handled the prep work professionally, and did a solid job tying the new asphalt into the surrounding surfaces. The finished area looks clean, compacted, and much better than what we had before. They also worked efficiently and kept the site moving, which matters a lot on a commercial project where multiple trades are working at the same time. Communication was clear, the invoicing was straightforward, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I appreciate contractors who do what they say they are going to do, show up prepared, and complete their scope without creating unnecessary headaches. PKS did exactly that. I would recommend PKS Paving & Concrete Construction to anyone looking for commercial asphalt repair, paving, or parking lot work, and I would be comfortable using them again on future projects.

Absolutely 5 Stars. PKS took over our project after another contractor (H&H) disappeared halfway through. PKS corrected quality issues left by the original contractor and finished the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Their work was A+ with zero quality issues. Call PKS and ask for Joey. You’ll be glad you did.

PKS was retained to provide paving behind one of our buildings at Paces Run and did a great job. Subsequently, PKS seal coated the asphalt driveways that serve the community with little or no neighborhood disruption. Highly recommend PKS

Very happy working with PKS Paving. Brady and his crew were excellent. My wife and I had shopped around a bit before moving forward with PKS, but from the initial quote to finished product we had a great experience. What ultimately won us over was the above and beyond communication and quick response times. Can't say enough good things about PKS and would highly recommend to anyone looking into a residential paving project.
