Platinum Patio and Pavers

I rarely write reviews, but Platinum Patio & Pavers absolutely earned this one. From the first meeting with Joe through project completion with Thomas, the entire experience was professional, organized, and stress-free. Both took the time to explain the project, answer my questions, and walk me through the details of the installation without ever making me feel rushed. We had a 15' x 12' Unilock Beacon Hill patio installed along with river rock around the house. The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and paid attention to details throughout the project. What impressed me most was the quality of the workmanship. We had a heavy rain immediately after the installation, and the patio drainage performed exactly as intended with no standing water. It was reassuring to see the permeable base system working so well in a real-world test. Another thing that stood out was the customer service after the project was completed. I noticed a few areas of the river rock that seemed shallower than the rest. I brought it up to Thomas, and instead of dismissing the concern, he came out personally, inspected the areas, agreed with my observation, and arranged for the crew to correct them. That level of responsiveness says a lot about the company. The crew also returned for a final cleanup and left the property looking great. If you're looking for a company that combines quality workmanship, professionalism, communication, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Platinum Patio & Pavers. They exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

From start to finish- 5 stars. If you’re looking for the best patio and an excellent experience I couldn’t recommend platinum more. First class from their ownership, sales team, and install crew. I love my new patio.

From start to finish, our experience with Platinum Deck & Fencing has been exceptional. Joe, our salesperson, continues to impress us every step of the way. He’s knowledgeable, low-pressure, and outstanding at setting realistic expectations. His guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jeremy has also been instrumental in coordinating our walk-through, handling scheduling, and always keeping us informed. His communication and follow-through have been top-notch. The installation team, led by Robert, was equally impressive. They arrived on time, walked us through our yard to confirm the layout, and even provided a visual of how everything would look before starting. Based on that walk-through, we made a couple of small adjustments, and the crew handled them seamlessly. The professionalism was evident throughout. To our surprise, the fence was completed in under 5 hours—finished by 1 pm—and turned out beautiful. Several neighbors have already asked who did our fence, and we’re proud to share the Platinum name, knowing they deliver the highest quality and professionalism. We truly appreciate working with Platinum Deck & Fencing on our home and are looking forward to partnering with them again in just a couple of weeks for our patio.

We used Platinum for re-doing our back patio. Joe and Scott were very easy to work with. There were no delays with the timing of our project. We had a few modifications to our project, which we were able to easily communicate and address with them. Saul and the crew working on the project were incredible. So quick and focused. They were in and out in less than a week. Highly recommend Platinum.
