We would like to extend our appreciation to Tanner and the PLM team for their attention to detail in paving our driveway earlier this month. From the site prep, removal of the old pavement and installation of the new asphalt, we could not be more pleased. Communication throughout the process was excellent and pricing was very fair. Look elsewhere for sealcoating and avoid the hassle. I contacted PLM on 4/29/25 about sealcoating my residential asphalt driveway and signed the proposal on 5/16/25. Scheduling was delayed several times due to rain, but a firm date was eventually set for 6/18/25. That warm, sunny day came and went with no crew and no notification. Over the following weeks, I made 13 calls trying to get the job rescheduled before finally receiving a date at the end of July. The crew arrived at approximately 7:00 p.m., after the sun had already dropped behind the trees and temperatures were cooling. They finished after 8:00 p.m. The driveway initially looked good, so I assumed everything was fine. However, during the winter I noticed the sealcoat deteriorating rapidly. The attached photos, taken on 2/28/26 and 4/11/26, show the condition of the driveway only 7 to 9 months after the work was completed. Large areas appear as though they were never sealcoated, cracks have begun developing, and basketball court lines that had been painted years before the work are clearly visible again. I first contacted PLM about the issue on 2/28/26 and provided photos. Kim responded promptly and advised that Brady Wagner, who had quoted the work, had been notified. I received no response from Brady. I followed up again on 4/16/26 and once again Kim responded quickly, stating she was trying to reach Brady and had also notified a sealcoating manager. Again, no one contacted me. On 4/28/26, after two months without a response, I informed PLM that if I did not hear back by the end of the week I would leave a review and file a BBB complaint. Shortly afterward, Brady called me to discuss the driveway but never acknowledged the previous emails or photos that had been sent. Brady requested an in-person meeting rather than inspecting the driveway on his own. PLM did residential concrete work for us. I highly recommend PLM. The crew was very professional and efficient. And most importantly, the problems we were having have been solved due to PLM’s work

PLM did a fantastic job on our parking lot. They were able to trench and bury a drain line underneath and the seams looked great. They were also able to work around our loading dock schedule and do the sealing work on a Saturday. Overall, we were very happy with the work they did.

PLM Paving and Concrete were great to work with. A tech stopped and took measurements and photos of our 200' driveway on a hill. I received a proposal for under $600 the following day and was able to schedule the work while we were on vacation. The cracks were sealed, the edges clean, and overall just a great job. I highly recommend them!
