PMS Brick Pavers We're The Guys

Incredible experience from start to finish! I cannot say enough great things about PMS. They truly live up to their slogan, "We're the guys!" From the very beginning, working with Aaron on the sales side was an absolute pleasure. He took the time to listen to our vision, invited us out to the showroom, and showed us various examples, alternatives, and options to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The best part? The pricing was completely upfront with zero hidden surprises along the way. When it came time for construction, Luis (the Field Superintendent) was incredible. He was on the job site every single morning, walking through the details with me to ensure we were entirely aligned. His knowledge and professionalism gave me complete peace of mind that everything was going to go smoothly. A huge shoutout to Roberto, our jobsite foreman, who was completely hands-on throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind, polite, very knowledgeable, and worked hard to deliver a beautiful patio for us. And last but not least, Dina and Deanna, who provided constant updates about the pending start of the project and were available to answer questions about Financing options and Payment schedules. In the end, the final product absolutely beat my expectations and turned out better than I could have ever imagined. If you want a team that is professional, transparent, and genuinely cares about the details, look no further than PMS!

These guys were great. Highly recommended. They were on time, did a fantastic job cleaning our old pavers after moving all of our patio furniture first. The next day, again they were on time and did another fantastic job sanding and resealing. Our old pavers look almost new again. They will now last a couple more years and we will call these guys for sure when the time comes to replace them. 2 of our neighbors have also used these guys and recommended them to us. Sure glad they did. These guys are great! Now tomorrow after the sealer is totally dry they said they would be back to move our patio furniture and BBQ back. They gave me their card and said if we had any concerns or needed them back to fix anything they would be here. How is that for service👍 Now to get the painters out to finish lol.

They did a great job with installing the patio. From the beginning communication was very timely and honest which are important factors for us. Even when we found out the project was double what we were budgeting (we just honestly didn't know what to expect), instead of brushing us off they still took their time in answering all of our questions. We financed the patio which was an easy step. They went in depth with planning how the patio would be installed, pulling water away from the house, and individual costs. The team that installed our patio (Noe's team) did a great job. Our backyard has a small entry for heavy machinery and they did a great job maneuvering the machines to not cause any damages to property. Once finished with the patio, they even filled in dirt with grass seed on top. They even arranged some of our existing rocks nicely along the side of the patio and added grass seed on a bare spot outside of the patio range! We planned on getting that done ourselves sometime later in the season, so we weren't expecting it which was such a thoughtful action by them. Loved it. We obviously could have had this job done cheaper, but I don't think other contractors would have been so thoughtful throughout the process and planned for all of our concerns like PMS did. Highly recommend and hopefully will have more work done by them in the future.

Our paver patio and walkway to patio were installed 5 years ago at our new construction home. Contracted with a landscaper who subcontracted the paver work. Perhaps ground settled, but pavers were somewhat uneven. PMS picked up all patio pavers, leveled and replaced. Access work are was not generous as landscaping is complete. Guys were on time, worked hard, were respectful of property and got job completed in four days. Very pleased with efforts and finished product after power wash, sand and seal.

We had a great experience with PMS Brick pavers. We hired them to redo our back patio. Stuart came to our house and explain everything. Noe,Javier, Francisco did a great job rebuilding our patio. They were very professional and did quality work. Thank you for a great job.
