Polania Construction

I highly recommend Polania Construction. Adrian, Jerry and his team’s craftsmanship is beyond perfectionism! They are very professional, friendly and reliable. A pleasure to work with. I have referred my friends and they were also extremely happy. Job well done ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I recommend you give them a call!!!

We recently bought our house and our previous patio was in absolute shambles. After some nightmarish experiences with other contractors, we were dreading having to redo the patio given the scale of the job. Luckily, we contracted Polania Construction. These guys were phenomenal. They were both expeditious and meticulous; they finished our new patio so quickly and never at any point compromised quality. 100% you should go with these guys if you have a big job that needs to be done on a short timeline.

Polania Construction replaced our front porch; they just finished the job this afternoon. We found out about Polania Construction because they did a great job replacing our neigbor's front porch. Adrian came out promptly after I contacted them and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeabe. My wife and I spent roughly an hour on the phone with him one night going over different options available for the porch. Adrian truly cares that his customers are happy with the final product and that meant a lot to us. And the gentlemen on Adrian's crew (Andy, Hugo, and "Matt") were extremely hard-working and barely needed anything from us. They just went about their work each day and our new porch looks outstanding. The only thing to do now is to contact a separate contractor to re-install the railings two weeks after the completion of the porch (Adrian gave us a local company to contact for doing that since Polania doesn't do railing work) . I recommend these guys 100% if you need any masonry work. Excellent people, quality workmanship, excellent clean-up and a fair price for the work. What more can you really ask for? Thanks again for everything, Adrian and crew!

Highly recommend Polania Construction. Crew installed pavers on our driveway and walk. Beautiful workmanship. Looks great! Courteous and friendly crew that respected our lawn and exterior of our house. Great communication and adherence to time line for start and duration of work. Very happy with the experience.

Adrian and his team did an absolutely incredible job!!! When I first purchased this home, I knew the yard was going to be my biggest challenge…and this beautiful patio and matching steps is the very first step (pun intended) in transforming this space! I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Check out the before and after. Going to look even better once I get some grass back here. These guys are extremely hardworking, talented, and just all around lovely to work with. If you are looking for a top notch local masonry company who will get the job done right, then look no further than Polania! I can’t wait to have them back for future projects.
