Powell's Paving & Maintenance

If you’re looking for the best paving company in Western New York, look no further. Frank Powell and his crew came out to my property, installed a gravel pad, and did a top-tier job from start to finish. The quality of the work, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. I’d give them 100 stars if Google would let me. If you need paving, gravel work, or property maintenance, this is a no-brainer. I highly recommend Frank Powell and his team—they’re the best choice in Western New York.

DOES NOT RECOMEND!! very dishonest company . We were flat out lied to after confirming multiple times that we wanted a qoute that inlcludes the sealer !!! My husband and i also confirmed it again with the guy in person at the site before paying him and he gave his word to us both that he was including sealing as we requested and he will do that portion of the job this spring due to the job being done so late in fall last August..so we paid him in full trusting him . A month later he posted on a website that he is no longer offering sealing in that community . I showed my husband , as I was worried he was going to stiff us after seeing that so I asked my husband to call him but my husband assured me the guy would keep his word ... well turns out I was right to be worried. Spring is here and now he lied and refusing to do the sealer as it was agreed upon when we handed him over the money. My husband is highly upset ge trusted this company and We would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not keep their word , very dishonest . get every little thing in writing and record conversations with them if you choose to still use them . MY UPDATED RESPONSE TO COMPANYS COMMENT : No thats not what happened at all ! We SPECIFICALLY asked for a qoute that included sealer too with the owner himself , and prior to my husband handing him the cash in person...my husband confirmed again with him that the sealer is included due to not seeing it detailed on contact and owner assured us it was included but that he would have to do that portion of the job in the spring due to the fall weather and we said that was fine! Then I see him post on camp website just a month later that he is no longer doing sealing there due to the expense it cost him . So I told my husband he should call him right away to make sure he wasnt going to stiff us in the spring!!! but my husband assured me that the owner would keep his word like he promised and trusted him ( my husband is 67yrs old

Frank did a great job removing the old driveway and installing a new one. It looks very professional. I would definitely recommend Powell’s Paving!!

Highly recommend Powells Paving, Frank has done blacktop work, sealing, stone, and dirt work for me. Powells is true to their word with what work will be performed and pricing. Its always a pleasure to work with them and more work to come in the future. Thank you powells for always being there for my needs.

Powells saved the day coming in to do my gravel pad when another company went ghost on me. very professional, completed the job quickly and it looks perfect. highly recommend
