Prairie Concrete

Beware! Don't Do It! Had $12,000 Worth Of Work Done By This Company. Did NOT Know Foot Prints & Cigarette Butt In Concrete, Unprofessional Results, Damage To Our New Siding & Driveway Was Including In This Cost. If You Should Go Forward With This Company Doing Work For You, Do Not Give Your Final Payment Until The Concrete Is Dry And You Can Really Inspect Everything. Once He Has Your Money, You're Not Getting It Back! Mike Did Not Take Any Responsibility For Poor Work Or Damage. He Said There Was "Nothing He Could Do About It". We Mentioned, We Were Embarrassed To Tell Anyone We Paid $12,000 To Have This Done, He Unsurprisingly Said "Tell Em' It Was Done For Free". Hard To Find Much Humor In This.

Everything started off great with the estimation process when Mike came out he talked a good game. I have to admit I was hooked with his age and experience as I too am a tradesman of 2 decades. So after consideration we chose this company over others, this is where the most expensive mistake I’ve ever made as a home owner started. After saying the job would take a couple days it turned into 7 days for him to be “done” Now mind you I didn’t bother me that the project took a week because in my mind take as long as you need to make it nice. But after he said he was done I had to ask him to put back the fence panels he removed to perform the work and ask him about the concrete splatter left on my siding and tear in my window screen and his reply was it will wash off. I should’ve and will always regret not giving him a piece of my mind then. Well he never came back to power wash the $20k worth of concrete patio and side walk he poured at my place and left us with what you see in the photos. Flash forward 5 months to summer and well the concrete still has footprints, stains and is now chipping up in numerous locations. After reaching out and having to leave a voice mail to my surprise no reply from this company. Do yourself a favor and if you are considering this company look at my photos and know this could happen to you and they will do nothing about it since by then your money is safely in their account. Run from this company and never look back. Such a huge disappointment worst experience ever!

When you set out to do large home projects like a 21x12 patio, things can get complicated fast. NOT with Mike and his team. They were responsive from start to finish. The office and the operations crew were clear with what to expect as well as start and end times and dates. The whole crew was prompt. They kept their work tidy and addressed every detail. Without hesitation would hire them again. Thanks Mike and team!

One of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Communication was great. Let you know when he was coming and what he’d be doing. Mike offered a couple of suggestions to what we had designed. They hit the mark and were a great improvement. We hit a snag midway thru and he was very patient when we had to delay moving forward until we could have our gas line re-done. Last minute at the end of the build we asked for a change and he was able to accommodate it. Mike knows his stuff and clearly loves what he does. He turned our dream into a reality.

Great experience with this company. The owner, Mike, was very easy to work with. Explained all the steps. Once I had my permit in hand, the job was started the NEXT day! They were done in 3 days. The end result is outstanding!! We are very pleased with Mike and crew. Would recommend to all looking to get work done. Support local!!! Pictures are before and 3 of the finished job.
