This company is amazing. It has a level of customer service that is sadly uncommon in today's world. I contacted them to purchase some hurricane pads for split heat pumps. I spoke with Rob in sales, explained my needs. He is an expert in this and also guided me on how to set this up to execute quickly and pick up on site so I don't have expensive shipping for heavy concrete as I am only 45 minutes from them fortunately. Rob guided what was needed to their admin customer service who literally sent me what was needed to prepay via Zelle-which made it HUGELY convenient and fast. I love using Zelle for payments and so glad they offer it! I paid and they confirmed I could make arrangements to pick up and they set the ones I purchased aside so they don't go to someone else. It was clear to me they have their act together more than most companies today. Rob told me that was due to owner support of a high value for good customer service. I can confirm the owner is doing something right-all the people I dealt with were awesome-well spoken, acted quickly and got it right. They all clearly went out of their way to lead me to the type of customer service I got that is sadly uncommon in today's world.
