Just had my driveway done and they did a fantastic job at a great price! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs their driveway redone (mine was a disaster).

So the Planet Fitness at 10500 Parellel Parkway just had their parking lot done by this awesome company and the results speak for themselves! The entire parking lot is uniform and was done with such attention to detail and professional workers! It was also a pleasure to see the dedication that they take to ensure a spectacular result and product. If you need to find good contractors who will deliver, look no further than this company!

First of all, I'm also in construction as an HVAC contractor for 35yrs, so I know construction. We were very impressed with Preferred. Great communication, great workmanship. The salesman Jason, gave us an honest quote that was higher than others we received. He did a good job explaining exactly what was in the quote. I know what goes into a quote and the art of estimating. I knew the other quotes we received were suspect due to the lack of detail. If anyone gives you a quote for a driveway that doesn't spell out the thickness of the pavement and what they do to prepare, consider it incomplete. They gave us a date and actually was able to fit us in a week earlier. Jason showed up by 8:00am with his Forman and crew. They laid out the area that would receive pavement and confirmed with us. The crew got busy with grading, cut and fill to level out and compact the surface. This was a large driveway that also went behind our shop. So a little more involved than most. Their Forman Adam was very courteous and checked in multiple times when I came out to watch if it looked good. I could tell he was very conscientious about his work product. Needless to say, they exceeded our expectations. It was obvious to me given the comradery of the crew that they enjoyed what they were doing. When a leader treats his crew with respect and admiration it shows in the quality of the finished product. They cleaned up the site when finished and even one of the workers went back to get empty drink cans and water bottles as they were leaving. Most folks have had bad experiences with contractors at some point but I'll say that if you use Preferred, you won't be disappointed. Worth the extra money spent to have a great job without issues.
