As a business owner I understand that you cannot control what your employees do “off the clock”. It’s unfortunate that he happened to be driving his work truck! I honestly hate seeing people lose their jobs because of one mistake unless it’s a pattern! I think you did what you had to do and you did it in a timely manner! If I lived in your area I would absolutely give you my business! Hopefully you can move on from this and that potential customers see that you did all you could do! Best of luck to you!!!!!

I saw the video, and so did all of you, but just because one man did things not everyone appreciates doesn't mean the company itself should get the reprocution. By the way things look on here, it appears the company is fully aware and are showing the most respect possible, please don't abuse the reviews and ruin a company, just like that one man, you can also be the cause of a company's downfall, be respectful.

The company has already stated the individual in the tik tok video wasn’t the owner. This review is still being placed because the company must do better with training their employees to act professional especially while using work equipment like company trucks etc. The review will not go away or be better rated. Do better.

Hopefully you actually terminated the employee that is making your business look bad. You still don’t get 5 stars from me due to your lame attempt at responding to the incident and claiming “you donate to local charities” as if that someone makes you a better person. Also, you should respond adequately and not with “first of all”.

I see the business responded that the “employee” from the video is neither the owner, nor do they work there anymore, but if you hire someone like that, and don’t call them out for that kind of behavior before it gets on video, I can’t imagine you’re a great business to work with. You’re not upset it happened, your upset you got caught.
