Beware! "Prestige provided me with a quote to fill potholes, fill in the cracks, and seal coat a large portion of my parking lot. Apparently, they contract all the work out to other companies. When the project was completed, the results were terrible. They didn’t clean out the cracks as they promised and were very messy in their work. They used cold patch to fill the big potholes and simply mopped the seal coat over the cold patch. They only dug out the potholes half an inch to an inch before filling them with cold patch." Here's a cleaned-up version of your message: "I called them back, and Gabriel arrived with his young business partner. They agreed it was a terrible job and assured me they would return to fix the issues. A couple of days later, they sent a new contractor to address the potholes. This contractor also mentioned that the original work was poor and that he would be using hot patch. When he finally came to fix the potholes, however, his truck broke down in my parking lot. He spent the entire day in my neighbor's lot, dripping oil everywhere, with a large crew trying to repair his truck. Eventually, I had to tell them they needed to leave. I've been waiting for them to come back and finish the work, but it seems they aren't coming back. It's already been three weeks."
