We hired Prestige Pavers for improvements to our travertine pool deck that was originally installed by our pool builder. Prestige Pavers did a good job but we had issues to work through. For our job, we needed additional travertine pieces and Paul promised us the new travertine pieces would match what we had. Paul went out of town in the middle of the work and wasn’t here to adequately supervise our job. When his guys finished, the travertine he brought did not match and it looked like one big patch job in the middle of our pool deck. We worked with Paul over the phone while he was out of town and sent him pictures. We were happy that Paul worked with us for a solution. They ended up switching many travertine tiles around the pool deck to “blend in” the travertine pieces he brought with the existing travertine pool deck pieces so it would not look like one big patch job. The guys did a good job blending the tiles and the deck ended up looking good. I just don’t know why his guys didn’t do that in the first place. In our opinion, nobody would have been happy with what looked like a big patch job and was very aesthetically unpleasing. Paul seemed very frustrated with the job and we were too. Initially, he made us feel like we should accept the look of the additional new travertine tiles he brought that were clearly a different color and stood out as one big dark patchwork of travertine tiles. The end result, though, looked good and he made us happy. We are happy that he worked to find a solution to make his work look good. His effort to fix the problem was very appreciated. Follow up to my review above: After 18 months, much of the travertine pool deck tiles have shifted. I have lived with the shifted tile for 6 months and now want to get maintenance work done to level the tiles. I have done some research and found out travertine tiles shifting over time can happen and is very likely to occur. I am looking for a company that does this work. I’ve

We were hired by Paul to do some paver jobs and since then he still owes us a couple of invoices. I have been calling him and his daughter April numerous of times and neither one calls me back I even offered to do a payment arrangement with them until they pay the full balance. He did mail me out 2 checks and they both bounced. I had to put a stop on the last project that we were hired to do as payment was not happening. All we are trying to do is get paid for the jobs we did do for them we are a small company and we wouldn't want them to take advantage of other businesses by not paying them.

Prestige Pavers did an amazing job, and then some! They were able to make our backyard living space livable and look beautiful. They were reasonably priced and were able to get the work done in a short amount of time. Communication was exceptional, and the team even did extra for us by clearing out some garbage in the back. Definitely recommend!

Prestige Pavers took on our project when other paver services wouldn't because they said it was "too small." They did an amazing job, and we are very pleased with the finished product. The price was more than reasonable, too. Highly recommend.
