Prestige Paving Malibu

Our HOA hired a paving contractor to handle crack filling and asphalt sealcoating on our community roads, and the results were excellent. Cesar and the crew did a really good job and kept the whole paving process organized from start to finish. They worked with our neighborhood to keep traffic moving with very little disruption, and the finished roads look clean, smooth, and well maintained. They were quick to respond to our requests, easy to work with, and very professional. We highly recommend their paving and sealcoating services.

I had a great experience planning a backyard paver remodel in Malibu. The project involved removing old concrete and installing new pavers throughout the backyard, along with reworking several steps to fit changing grades and improve the overall layout. The crew also paved carefully around an existing pool and pergola, removed an outdated water slide and diving board, and made sure the new hardscape blended smoothly with the rest of the outdoor space for a clean, finished look. Brady, the design consultant, was very knowledgeable from the start and helped create a smart, attractive plan for the new paving layout. He explained the process clearly, offered helpful ideas, and made the whole planning stage feel easy and straightforward. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to add extra features I did not want. The proposal was clear, the pricing was fair, and I felt confident the paving work would be done right. Cesar served as the project manager, and he and his paving crew were professional, dependable, and hardworking throughout the job. It was obvious they take real pride in their workmanship. Cesar checked in daily, shared progress updates, answered questions, and made sure every part of the installation stayed on track. During the project, a few site conditions came up, including underground utility lines, pergola footing concerns, and a small change I requested to extend one of the steps. Cesar handled each adjustment with great communication and practical solutions, and he made sure the finished paver design still looked cohesive and well built. What stood out most was how much care the team put into both the craftsmanship and the customer experience. They paid close attention to drainage, grading transitions, layout flow, and the final appearance of the paved areas. The completed backyard feels more polished, functional, and inviting, and the new pavers tie everything together beautifully around the pool and outdoor living space. Overall, this was a ve

Prestige Paving Malibu recently finished our backyard paving project in Malibu. We wanted to get rid of muddy areas and spots where our dog kept digging during the rainy season. I found them online, and Ruben came to our home, looked over the space, and put together a plan that fit our budget while making the yard more useful and much better looking than we expected. He was professional, easy to work with, and stayed focused on making sure we were happy from start to finish. He understood our budget, helped with part of the demo and finishing details, and even brought extra recycled blocks to support a retaining wall that was not part of the original paving scope. Once the crew was scheduled, the work moved fast and was completed sooner than expected. Danny and Elias were very professional, organized, and clearly experienced with paving and hardscape work. We were especially impressed with how clean the job site stayed throughout the whole project. From the first visit to the final result, the whole process felt smooth, well managed, and customer focused. Our new yard looks great, drains better in rainy weather, and is much more functional for everyday use.

Prestige Paving Malibu did an excellent job on our backyard paving project. Jordan helped us through the design phase and was very helpful the whole time. He took our ideas, explained the paving plan clearly, and gave us a solid estimate for the total cost. He also provided a CAD drawing so we could see how the backyard hardscape would look before the work started. Ruben managed the installation and was always responsive and easy to reach. The project start took a little time, but once the crew got going, they completed the work quickly and with great quality. The paver installation looks great, the finish is clean, and the whole process turned out very well. I highly recommend them for backyard paving and hardscape work.

Excellent paving work at a fair price. More importantly, the job was completed fast and with real professionalism. Ruben and the crew worked very hard, kept the project moving, and the finished result looks outstanding. Prestige Paving Malibu completely improved my front and rear outdoor areas, installed a strong retaining wall, and upgraded the surfaces with quality materials that gave everything a clean, polished look. I am very pleased with the results and extremely happy with the overall service, communication, and attention to detail from start to finish.
