Pro-Seal & Paving

I would be careful using this company. If they treat their customers like they treated me following a complaint then they will brush you off like dirt on their shoes. I was traveling down the road yesterday and a Pro Seal gravel truck pulls on to the highway in front of me, next thing I know I'm getting pelted by rocks and gravel. I was shocked that it was falling of the body not of the tires. It was actually piled up on the tailgate, needless to I now have a broken windshield. I called the company and explained what had happened, the woman I spoke to said it was a road hazard and their insurance wouldn't pay and neither would they. I asked how can this be a road hazard it didn't come off a tire or the roadway it fell off the truck. She just repeated it's a road hazard I counter with no it's neglect on the part of the driver for not sweeping down their truck prior to leaving the yard or qaurrey. Still its a road hazard No hey I'm sorry maybe we can help out or even we will talk to our driver. So this is how they treat someone in this kind of situation can you just imagine how they will treat a customer if say they drive over your sprinkler system, your neighbors lawn or possibly yours or their car. Just saying not the kind of people id want on my property.

The service I received from this company was excellent. They were very upfront about the proposed cost estimate and provided sound recommendations, fully acknowledging that all businesses must account for their time, level of effort, staff, and equipment. They arrived with the proper equipment and a well-prepared team to complete the job correctly. Despite bringing in large trucks and heavy equipment, there was no noticeable damage to my manicured lawn or the area near my driveway, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, they were helpful, attentive, and made sure every one of my concerns was addressed. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality of work, and customer-focused service.

After learning that Mr. Asphalt was no longer doing repairs, sealing & striping in the Chesterfield, Va area, we were concerned. Living in Hitty Hawk, NC we were not familiar with paving companies in the Richmond area. My wife and I had to settle on reviewing reviews and landed on Pro-Seal Paving as to choosing. . A blessing for the right choice, quick on site appointment, working with Chris has been a pleasure with ease. Ray and his repair crew were on it, they worked well together and quickly. Shawn, Trick & Coop with the sealing and striping division were great. I was on site for all phases, all crew leaders answered any questions and seemed to really care as to any of my concerns. Pro-Seal will get my next service call without hesitation. Leigh P. Forbes CLF, LLC

Pro-Seal did a fantastic job on our driveway replacement. Ray and his team were quick, respectful, and courteous. They answered all of my questions and did a beautiful job. Very pleased with the end result. Will use them in the future for all of our driveway needs.

Pro-Seal was great!! My driveway looks amazing! Greg listened to everything we wanted and came out to specifically show the crew what to do. Also the foreman of the job was extremely professional and very nice to me too! I hands down recommend this company to anyone looking to pave their driveway.
