Pro-Vision Paving & Masonry

I cant even begin to explain how happy I am with our new driveway. We live on a pretty steep hill, and our old driveway was basically a water slide. Whenever it rained hard, a river would run right down the blacktop and flood our garage. We had three different companies give us quotes, and most of them just wanted to slap down a new layer of asphalt and call it a day. Pro Vision was the only one who actually stopped to figure out the drainage problem. The estimator measured everything and told us we needed a proper stone base and a French drain system built in. I am so glad we listened to him. The crew came out with their heavy equipment and got to work immediately. They ripped out all the old junk, dug the trench for the drain, and packed the new base down really hard. The final result is amazing. The new asphalt is so smooth and the edges look fantastic. But the best part is that it actually works! We had a downpour last night, and I went out to check on it. The water was flowing right into the drain and away from the garage, just like they promised.

The masonry work they did on our crumbling retaining wall was nothing short of a total save for our backyard. We had been watching that wall lean further and further every season and i was genuinely worried it was going to take the fence down with it. They came in with a plan to reinforce the base and use heavy duty stone that actually looks more like a decorative feature than a structural repair. The team was incredibly efficient and you could tell they had a real system for moving the materials without tearing up the rest of the grass. They kept the site organized and were very respectful of our space while they worked through the heat. I really appreciated how they checked in with me periodically to show the progress on the drainage layers they were installing behind the stones. When the job was finished the result was a rock solid wall that has completely stabilized that side of the property. The total cost was exactly what we agreed on at the start which is a breath of fresh air in this industry. i would absolutely recommend their masonry services to anyone dealing with foundation or yard issues.

Such an awesome experience working with this crew. We own a small plaza, and the dirt hill next to our parking lot was always washing mud down onto the pavement. It looked awful, made a mess of the cars, and it was impossible to shovel in the winter without hitting rocks and dirt. They came in and built this heavy-duty block wall to hold the hill back. They didnt just stack rocks they put in drainage pipes behind it and packed it all with gravel so the water pressure wont push it over. While they had the machines out there, they also cut out the worst parts of our parking lot and patched them up with fresh blacktop. The whole property looks a hundred times better now. It looks clean, neat, and deliberate instead of like a constant construction zone. The blocks line up perfectly, and the patching on the driveway is totally seamless. Our tenants are happy, we are happy, and the place just looks a lot more professional.

We had our asphalt driveway replaced with border pavers. We initially just wanted the driveway done but when I saw what a beautiful job they were doing on the paver work, I decided to have my concrete sidewalk done in pavers. John gave me a reasonable price for the whole project. John was very professional and offered recommendations on paver colors so that it would stand out. His Team were very professional and courteous. If you need any paving work done please contact ProVision, you will be very happy with the end result.

We had a great experience with John and his exceptional crew at Pro-Vision Paving & Masonry! The project was expertly handled and executed exactly as he described with awesome results. His crew went above and beyond making sure all the details were taken care of and we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend Pro-Vision Paving & Masonry and we will be doing more projects with John and the team soon.
