Professor Coats Sealcoating & Property Maintenance

We used Professor Coats to re-stripe 3 of our parking lots in downtown Utica. We are extremely pleased with their work! Zachary was very responsive throughout the entire process. He even came back to the building over the weekend to complete a few parking spots that weren’t accessible when he came the first time! We will definitely contract with Professor Coats for future needs.

I would highly recommend Professor Coats Sealcoating & Striping for sealcoating service. They were prompt in returning my calls and provided a reasonable, upfront quote. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional and neat. I was particularly impressed by the amount of prep work they did, carefully cleaning and filling the cracks before applying the sealer. The finished driveway looks fantastic – I'm extremely pleased with the end result and will definitely use them again in the future.
