Wanted to thank one of your employees, Ray, who went out of his way to help me with a flat on the side of the road. With his help it went 10x faster if my mom and I would have done it.

Been suffering through them in Seward all summer. Their flaggers are unbelievably incompetent. They section off way too large of areas, cause a disaster calling their own trucks from the middle of the line, then let it back up for miles. Over 23 min wait time is the AVERAGE even when no work is going on. And they leave dangerous breaks that are destroying tires and suspensions.

Absolutely horrendous (Seward Hwy MP 17-22). Destroyed 15 acres of forest to build a gravel yard in a residential area. Work happens 24/7, with a complete disregard for the residents. The backup alarm beeping is nonstop. The flagging and pilot car is equally atrocious. It routinely takes 30+ minutes to go 5 miles. The entire stretch is pilot car'd when there is only 200 feet of single lane. Single worst construction project I've ever seen.

The current project in Seward is the poorest example of how a road construction project should be managed, run and completed. There is no safety, lane delineation (sorry for the big word), or properly trained flaggers. Sticking a “Slow” sign in the back of a pickup truck is a joke! I have videos and pictures. August 31, 2020 at 8:20 am. I'm just south of Deadhorse on the Dalton Highway and the flagger is sitting in his truck. There is a signage indicating that a Flagger may stop traffic yet this guy is hiding in his truck and not doing their job at all. Since I did not see a Flagger, I proceeded to drive to a Flagger and the guy (who still hasn't left truck 104715) honed and waved me back. Great hire, QAP.
