Quality Roofing

My property manager contacted Quality Roofing to get an estimate for some storm damage to the roof on 7 July 2025. Steve didn't get around to doing the estimate until the 21st of July and that was only after I contacted my property manager and they called QR again to see what the status was. I understand that it can be busy in KY during the summer storms but it's not hard to make a call to keep the customer informed of the status or estimate and/or repair. I shouldn't have to chase down the company for some answers. Once I finally got an estimate I had a few questions about it so I called Steve and spoke with him. During our call, he asked for some more pictures of the area in question on the roof. I sent the requested pictures and asked for an updated estimate for doing the additional shingle work. He never responded to that text with the photos or my follow on text a week or so later. I can't recommend Quality Roofing due to how unprofessional they are. If you want a real company that you can trust, go with Mr. Roof from Louisville. That's how a business should be run.

Straight to the point. Very punctual and responsive. Did a very fine job with a total roof replacement. Excellent beginning and excellent finish.

My shed was leaking with a major storm on the way. Steve came right out, inspected the roof and agreed to repair it same day at a very reasonable price. With rain and snow on the way, this was going to be major problems without Steve performing repairs that day. Quality of work is excellent. Recommend Quality Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I had about 3 feet of shingles fly off of roof ridge vent. I called Quality Roofing and asked for an estimate. Steve called me back about 20 mins later. Then he met me at the work site about 10 mins later. He gave a very reasonable repair estimate and said he’d do the work right now. It took him about 20 mins total. Very happy with the quick response and the work. Thanks, Steve.

Had our trailer roof cool sealed, they di a great job. Had a tree limb fall and they came right out and repaired. They are reliable and quality work.
